How to green your greenhouse!

Paul and I were guests of the Fit for the Future network and the Ashden Award in a perfectly formed National Trust property in the South East called Woolbeding last Friday. The one thing I really enjoy about working for the NT is that I keep being surprised by special places. You’d have thought that one spectacular garden after another you would get conditioned into not seeing the wood for the trees. Well you don’t! You still get blown away! If you’re ever in the area and are big into small spectacular places then this is the place. Simon from Ashden Award has agreed to guest blog about the experience later this week. Lets just say sharing experience, opinion and knowledge is what the fit for the Future network is all about. There are some big plans for this perfectly formed garden and its already doing its bit in terms of sustainability. Quick blog over. Tomorrow its up Snowdon with our friends from ‘Up North’ sharing experiences on renewables development.

You can see the house form here.. if you look carefully!

The cup at Woolbeding.(it runneth over!)  You can see the house from here.. if you look carefully!

I was happy! we were also looking at water energy at the property!
